At Quantum Feels, we strive to offer the best customer service to all of our customers. All sales are final and refunds are prohibited due to items being made to order. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to this policy. Quantum Feels is NOT responsible for packages that are undelivered, mis-delivered, damaged (during transit) or stolen. We will not replace these items. Make sure you check tracking information as well as provide an adequate address in which you receive mail.
